This seems to be more an issue with guest additions of virtualbox 5.2.0 than with
32-bit:
I would try to downgrade just the virtual box guest utils to 5.1.x

Thank you. I downloaded VBoxGuestAdditions_5.2.1-118918
Installed these additions and updated virtualbox-guest-utils again to the latest version and the error has gone!

Sorry, I am not able to package it. I just inserted this ISO to VM and run autorun.sh. Then I updated virtualbox-guest-utils to version 5.2.0-1 rebooted and it rebooted without error.
