Might be an easy fix, on adding uefi support to build.sh (for ArchBang32) I got the following error
Created symlink /etc/systemd/system/default.target -> /usr/lib/systemd/system/graphical.target.
cp: cannot stat 'work/x86_64/airootfs/usr/share/efitools/efi/PreLoader.efi': No such file or directory
On looking in i686 folder (not x86_64) found
[mrgreen@arch32 work]$ cd i686/airootfs/usr/share/efitools/
[mrgreen@arch32 efitools]$ ls
COPYING efi README
[mrgreen@arch32 efitools]$ cd efi
[mrgreen@arch32 efi]$ ls
HashTool.efi KeyTool.efi LockDown.efi SetNull.efi UpdateVars.efi
HelloWorld.efi Loader.efi ReadVars.efi ShimReplace.efi
[mrgreen@arch32 efi]$
Also
cd archbang/work/i686/airootfs/usr/lib/systemd/boot/efi/
[mrgreen@arch32 efi]$ ls
linuxia32.efi.stub systemd-bootia32.efi
May fail too....
Just a heads up

I also have this same error on archlinux32 looks like the uefi packages are a bit broken and missing files.

Is there any x86-32 only hardware with a UEFI based bootloader, over a BIOS one? I have a first-gen core based server which can run Arch64 just fine but still has an older style bios. I guess there's nothing stopping you trying out Arch32 on newer hardware mind you.
Architecture: pentium4, Testing repos: Yes, Hardware: EeePC 901+2GB RAM+OS half on the SD card.
