reflector package should be removed or disabled - it's based on the original servers, not on the new i686.
So if you use it you end up with 0 working mirrors :-(
If we have many mirrors for i686 sometimes in the future, an updated packed would makes sense :-)

I also removed the package from our mirror(s). (This is not (yet) automatically done by blacklisting a package)
