After everything is going seemingly according to plan, pacstrap /mnt base base-devel gives me a bunch of errors:

This error was corrected yesterday evening on the master mirror.
The correction has transitioned to vollzornbrot's mirror by now - try again (possibly with additional "pacman -Sy") and report if it still persists.
