Qutebrowser and Python3.11

I recently updated my system and I got the following errors when trying to run Qutebrowser:

importlib.metadata.PackageNotFoundError: No package metadata was found for qutebrowser

I found someone else with this issue after a good search https://github.com/qutebrowser/qutebrowser/issues/7688 and they said the packages of Qutebrowser should be rebuilt to resolve the issue since the update to python3.11

I am unsure if there is something I should do to fix this or if the package upsteam or here need to be rebuilt to get qutebrowser to work with python3.11 Please advise.
