MP3 playback fails in my Opera 45 installation. Also some youtube videos won't play (the freshly uploaded ones after a few hours, days they become playable) or not every resolutions can be chosen.

Opera is deprecated on 32-bit. I did a package of the lastest avaiable Opera on
[aba-aur]
Server = http://archlinux32.andreasbaumann.cc/aur/$arch
SigLevel = Optional DatabaseOptional
opera32-45.0.2552.898-1-i686.pkg.tar.xz
I hope it has MP3 support in it. If not, we have to search for it (there might be a package on AUR).

Yes, I have already installed this Opera version earlier from your repo. It doesn't play mp3, for example on mp3vk.co Very annoying problem, as one can't listen to music neither archived internet radio programmes. I always have to run two browsers simultaneously to resolve this problem, what is a waste of resources.

Yes, but Opera is closed source and they decided to drop 32-bit. Not much we can do here.

The needed libffmpeg.so can be taken from this RPM ( can be unpacked by 7zip )
http://mirror.yandex.ru/fedora/russianfedora/russianfedora/nonfree/fedora/development/rawhide/i386/os//opera-stable-libffmpeg-58.0.3029.110-1.fc27.R.i686.rpm
And should be copied into "/usr/lib/opera/lib_extra/". After that mp3 playback works again in Opera 45 / 32 bit.
