Is also on 10.0 in Archlinux (64-bit) upstream. You should flag it out-of-date up there:

We merely build what gets published upstream and don't go ahead in versions to

There should be a way to find it it's already tried to build it already and failed and for what reasons, but I've forgotten how to get to that, unfortunately.
Edit: For clarity, for anyone coming across this post after 11.0 has been built, that link above documents the 10.0 version as being out, but mentions 11.0 as being in the build list at time of writing.

There is the build list with all the fancy filtering options available.
You can find it via archlinux32.org -> Build Master (right hand side, under "Development") -> Build List (there are also some other useful shortcut links to filtered build lists on that page.)
