multilib disappeared from archlinux32 repositories

I'm not being able to find any archlinux32 repository containing multilib.

What happen?

How can I get libraries from multilib like lib32-mesa?

Multilib provides 32-bit libs and things for cross compiling a 32-bit target on a 64-bit machine, I believe. On arch32 all of the libs are 32-bit and  there's no point including 64-bit libs because they can't be used on 32-bit processors like we have.  You could argue for 16-bit libs but I doubt anyone seriously wants to run anything as heavy as a linux kernel on a 286.
