At first sight it looks like Grub not finding your booting partition.
Can be anything else, though. You need to be more specific.
You may want to consult the Arch wikis for Grub and VirtualBox first (they also come with Russian translation btw).
Then, is your guest system Arch Linux 32 at all?
If it’s Arch64, you could ask (and also generally look) in the official Arch forums.
Edit:
If you’re attempting a reinstall, quite independent from your VM host system, you could try to directly mount your Arch iso and install from it – that’s much faster than USB! – Look for mount -o loop iso, FuseISO and the like.
