Well, the supported way is to add the community-staging repo to your /etc/pacman.conf and then update, but if you don't want to update everything there are workarounds, but you'll be more or less on your own if you have trouble with this.

Basically, download keepassxc from here then install it with 'sudo pacman -U ~/Downloads/keepassxc<TAB>'
