[SOLVED] file sends SIGSYS with glibc 2.33-3.3

Starting with glibc 2.33-3.3, file produces the following output instead of the normal one on pentium4:

% file some.txt
zsh: invalid system call  file some.txt

yep, another victim of glibc 2.33 and libseccomp.
I'm rebuilding file without libseccomp for now.
(this bug effectively kills build slaves too at the moment)
