Pacman told me the error that libxcvt and xorg-server have /usr/bin/cvt and /usr/share/man/man1/cvt.1.gz.
PS: Architecture is i686 and using the mirror server http://de.mirror.archlinux32.org/$arch/$repo/

I have reconfirmed it now.The problem still exists.
looking for conflicting packages...
error: unresolvable package conflicts detected

:: xf86-video-nouveau and xorg-server are in conflict (X-ABI-VIDEODRV_VERSION>=25)

But the libxcvt and xorg-server conflicts have gone?
I rebuilt all video drivers of xorg and pushed them to stable and I'm retesting them (at least I try
to install them, I don't have hardware for most of them for testing).

I have no trouble installing xf86-video-nouveau.
I tested on stable/testing, pentium4/i686/i486 by just installing all modules:
pacman -S xf86-video-amdgpu xf86-video-ati xf86-video-dummy xf86-video-fbdev xf86-video-intel xf86-video-nouveau xf86-video-openchrome xf86-video-sisusb xf86-video-vesa xf86-video-vmware xf86-video-voodoo xf86-video-qxl
